Since all of our creations are 'made to order' and custom built to suit the needs and wants of our clients, placing an order always begins with contacting us through E-mail; presenting us with a drawing, a concept, or simply explaining what it is that you're looking for. Our design team can take it from there. A design consultation and price quote are free.

Non-Production-related orders can be placed by:
1. Presenting and concept or image of desired costume/ prop by e-mailing us at ttabbert@facingcostumes.com.
2. Upon receiving a price quote, we accept down-payments to secure scheduling of construction. Payments can be made by check or money order made-out to Facing Costumes & Props OR one can pay by Paypal through our site.
3. When payment is complete, Facing supplies applicable guarantees and contracts along with a finalized completion date for the task. Often on a more complex costume piece, a measurement sheet is supplied which we will require a client to submit to us before sculpting begins. We are available by telephone to assist in taking measurements.
